EMS has many years of experience within this area. Since the early 2000's we have carried out a number of restoration projects for our valued clients whom include, national waste management companies, private land owners, sports agency's, clubs and privately owned projects.
These projects involve the restoration/regeneration of existing sites, and involve the importation and handling of inert material (soil, subsoil, clays), the placing of the material strategically. But above all else the compliance of the material being imported into the projects MUST be managed correctly. These compliance procedures see us working with consultants, planning authorities and the Environment Agency to facilitate the clients scope of works whilst adhering to all rules and regulations.
Since the year 2000 we have managed the safe compliant import of in access - 6 million cubic meters of inert material.
